Mums birthday present!

Here are some pictures of the pressie i made for my mum, her birthday is next month & I actually have her present already done!!! (unlike the scrapbook pages I am still yet to do for their 40th wedding anniversary which was last year!!!)
I got the pattern from Chiaki Haversick & have changed the buckle style, the buckles took the longest as I had to use my old Carl punches & I'm so used to the Stampin' Up! style of punch, but I think it was worth it!
The bag holds 6 little note cards with envelopes.
I used the new woodland walk designer papers (I love this set), very vanilla & garden green card stock.
I used the floral fusion sizzlit die & the big shot to make the flowers which I crumpled up & secured them with a brad (there are 19 brads on this bag :o) ), I used the scallop edge punch on the cards & put a piece of matching dsp on top. I haven't stamped at all, I'm hoping that Mum will be able to use these for anything.

Friends card

Here is one of the cards that we made at the catalogue launch last weekend, a big thank you to those that came, I had a great time crafting with you all!
The colours are basic black, wild wasabi & elegant eggplant.
I used the Elegant Bouquet Textured Impressions folder & the Big Shot.
I stamped "Friends" from the "Tiny Tags" (pg 93- $38.95w, $28.95c) set in wild wasabi & punched it out using the jewellery tag punch. I tied it onto my organza bow using some crochet cotton.

Floral Fusion Flowers

I made this little bunch of flowers today, I was using my big shot & stock piling a heap of these cute little flowers & thought while I'm at it I should make a few up!  I scrunched the 3 flowers into a ball & then layered them on top of each other using the tombow mono multi glue. After they dried I punched 2 holes in the centre so they looked like a button & threaded some florist wire through & twisted it in place.
The colours are all of the pink & red tones plus daffodil delight, peach parfait & cajun craze! I tied the bow with the new organza ribbon- I love this ribbon! (I have been saving this jar for years knowing that one day I would use it!!)
