Christmas Gift Wrapping!

I'm sorry I havn't posted for a while- I have been busy making things it just takes me a while to upload everything! One of these days I'll get some new things on but for now this is just a little quick post!

I was talking to my sister this week about Christmas pressies for my nieces and nephew and after deciding on gift cards and cash I automatically thought how can I make some cute little "boxes" to pop cards and cash in and I thought I would make some little purses for my nieces and a back pack for my nephew. I should be pretty safe putting this on but if you are looking Ben stop now!

My sister said colour wise Ben liked green and I straight away thought of a army backpack- I had come across this pattern on Becky Roberts site a while ago but had never made one so I got out always artichoke and made the bag, flap and pocket and then I sponged artichoke, early espresso and soft suede ink over the top and then spritzed a little chocolate chip on top with the colour spritzer.

I just made a little tag with the jewelry tag punch out of crumb cake and linen thread and used the "Simply Serif ABC" to stamp Ben's name with chocolate chip ink.
Sorry its a little blurry!
